Denver-based 063 Design+Development is developing Row10, a rowhome project that is currently under construction and just coming out of the ground at West 18th and Hooker Street. This location is approximately half way between Sloan’s Lake and Sports Authority Field at Mile High.

This project includes 10 rowhomes that are priced to begin at 399k. Homes will feature rooftop outdoor space that can be used for entertaining.

063 Design+Development states, “The proximity to Downtown, the Highlands, the Auraria Campus and entertainment centers like the Pepsi Center and Sports Authority Field at Mile High make this a very central and desirable location.
