Last week cranes were installed at the construction site of Denver’s Country Club Towers . I took some photos as the cranes were being assembled.
The first units for the Country Towers are slated to be delivered in July of 2017. In total this project will house 558 apartments and 1005 parking space will be built into the towers. Units will be available in studio, one bedroom and two bedroom options. All units will have floor-to-ceiling glass, granite surfaces, stainless steel appliances and washers/dryers. An amenity deck with a swimming pool will also be featured.
The Country Club Towers will rise to 31 stories. This project is being developed by Denver-based The Broe Group.
