East West Partners and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) announced today that Liberty Global has signed a lease for over 70,000 square feet at the Triangle Building, located at 1550 Wewatta Street in downtown Denver. The international cable company will vacate its former office space at 12300 Liberty Boulevard in Englewood to relocate to the top three floors of the 10-story office building currently under construction next to Union Station. NGKF’s Tim Harrington, Tom Lee and Jennifer Chavez provided tenant representation services for Liberty Global on the transaction.

This move will bring us together under one roof and provide us with the best possible working environment, easy access for employees, and great visibility in the heart of the city we fondly call ‘the home of cable’,“ commented Mike Fries, CEO of Liberty Global. Liberty Global expects to move into its new space in the third quarter of 2015.
The Triangle Building is under development by East West Partners and a controlled affiliate of joint venture partner Starwood Capital Group, a leading global private investment firm. East West Partners also serves as a master developer of the Union Station Neighborhood and Riverfront Park in downtown Denver.
