A 10-unit townhome project titled City View, is currently at the framing stage of construction in Edgewater. This project is taking shape at West 17th Avenue and Fenton Street. Denver’s Sloan’s Lake is located five blocks to the west of City View.
Denver-based Merkwood Homes is the builder and also served as the architect. The exterior of the project will be a combination of stonework and stucco.

Units range in size between 1,829 and 1,939 square feet and are priced between $419k and $449k. At this point seven of the homes are under contract. Each unit includes a garage, rooftop patio, and four bathrooms. Some of the homes feature 3 bedrooms while the others have a fourth bedroom.
Interior finishes will include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and euro style cabinetry.
Edgewater is a community of approximately 5,000 people that sits just to the west of Denver’s border.

Is this Edgewater or Lakewood?
I know the postal address is Edgewater, but all the maps show it as Lakewood.
Hi Dave, I looked at a couple of maps and I see what you are saying. I also looked at all the real estate listings and they say Edgewater. For sure some ambiguity here.

Thanks for destroying our view we had of the city. Also , thanks for your workers who don’t know how park properly. Also thanks for not putting up any signs warning people that you’re doing work and are going to be blocking the street.
