Glass is now being installed at the 26-story SkyHouse Denver residential project. This development is under construction at 18th Street and Broadway in downtown Denver.

Simpson Housing, Novare Group, and Batson-Cook Development Company broke ground on this project in February.

SkyHouse Denver will have 354 apartments  ranging from studio to two-bedrooms. In addition, 6,900 square feet of street-level retail space is included. The signature SkyHouse on the top floor of the building includes a club room, swimming pool and fitness center. The structure will also include vehicle charging stations and a dog walk with a dog washing station. The building is targeting millennials who are choosing to live in urban centers close to public transportation, employment centers and entertainment venues.

SkyHouse Denver has 15 floors yet to construct before it is reaches its full height.
