Today Denver apartment development and management firm RedPeak has announced that construction has begun on its 7|S Denver Haus apartment project at the northwest corner of 7th Avenue and Sherman Street in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.
This project will deliver 115 apartment residences, with 29 studios, 60 one bedroom apartments and 17 two bedroom apartments. The development is scheduled for completion in May 2016.
“We kept the building forms simple and utilized some of the traditional masonry building materials while allowing the building to be of its time. We have designed individual walkup entries on the Sherman side of the building to activate the streetscape and pattern that off of the existing residential pattern of the neighborhood,” said Dan Craine principal architect and founder of Craine Architecture.
This project will feature:
- Top floor lounge/game room
- Rooftop space with a fire pit
- A fitness center and yoga studio
- Dog wash
- Electric vehicle charging stations

Interior finishes will include quartz countertops, washer/dryer in each unit, and tile backsplashes. 96 automobile parking spaces and 115 bike parking space will be housed in this 8-story building. Balconies and Juliet balconies will be available in select units.
RedPeak also manages 1600 Glenarm Place that was recently named one of the top 20 apartment communities in the nation. The One City Block project that was completed in 2014 in Denver’s Uptown neighborhood and The Seasons of Cherry Creek apartments are also among RedPeak’s many Denver properties.
