River Row Homes at DriveTrain, LLC, has announced plans for 23, for-sale townhomes in downtown Denver’s RiNo neighborhood. The luxury, for sale townhomes – named River Row Homes at DriveTrain – will be priced starting at $1.15 million and will be located on approximately one acre along the South Platte River, between 33rd Street and the City’s planned River North Park.
River Row Homes at Drivetrain LLC is part of Iselo Investment Partners, the family investment company of Brooke and Tom Gordon. Iselo is also developing the Drivetrain mixed-use project adjacent to River Row. Drivetrain is located on Iselo’s three acres between Brighton Boulevard (next to The Great Divide Brewery) and the Platte River. Drivetrain will include retail, residential, work space, and a pad for a future hotel.
“River Row Homes will be the preeminent, for sale-townhome development in RiNo, with tremendous views of Denver’s skyline, the Rocky Mountains, and direct access to the river, its bike paths and the planned riverfront promenade,” said Brooke Gordon. “RiNo is maintaining its gritty character and integrity as an arts district, and because of that reason, people who want a place with character to call ‘home’ are moving-in. New apartments, a hotel, restaurants and retailers continue to inhabit RiNo, and we’re excited to bring another dimension to the community. River Row Homes will be at the forefront of the next evolution of RiNo.”
FirstBank of Denver is providing construction financing for River Row Homes. The architect and general contractor for the project is Denver-based Sprocket Design Build. Kentwood City Properties is the sales and marketing agent. OZ Architecture is the architect for DriveTrain.
“We’re excited to contribute our vision to this highly regarded arts district, and further enhance the area’s positive growth and creative thinking,” said Brooke Gordon. “Considering the incredible success downtown Denver has experienced during the past 20-plus years, the city deserves the unique offerings and diversity within RiNo. We’re looking forward to bringing more great things to this critical part of downtown Denver’s future growth.”
