Construction Updates

The Joule now open

February 11, 2016 4

The Joule apartment project that has been under construction at Cherokee Street and Speer Boulevard in Denver’s Golden Triangle did not make the Denver February construction update as residents are now moving into the building.

Texas-based Lynd developed the 16-story building. The Joule houses 244 units with a five-story parking garage incorporated into the building.

The units range in size from studios to three-bedrooms that are over 2,000 square feet. A swimming pool is located on the sixth floor amenity deck.

Architecture firm Page designed this project.  This is the same firm that designed the nearby 16-story Acoma residential building also located in the Golden Triangle at 8th and Acoma.

Here are a few images of the completed structure:

Certainly one of the better for-rent buildings constructed in Denver during this boom. I can definitely see this being a condo conversion.

Of course this will be a condo.. Have you seen the rent prices on these apartments? Awful!

Whatever happened to the night lighting? Wasnt there supposed to be some green light strip on the side?
