DeLo, A mixed-use development is now under construction in Louisville. This project is being developed by Boulder Creek Neighborhoods and RMCS, Inc. The name DeLo stands for Downtown East Louisville. Residential, office, and retail components will be included. Green space and a public plaza will also be incorporated into this project. DeLo is under construction near the intersection of Griffith Street and Cannon Street. Louisville is approximately 8 miles to the southeast of Boulder.

DeL0 will include 60 townhomes currently ranging in price from the high $500s to the mid $600s. In addition, 130 apartment units will also be constructed.  A walking path is also set to be constructed that will connect this development with downtown Louisville. 

The townhomes are available in three different floor plans. For instance, a ground-floor unit of 2,109 square feet that includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is listed at $661,546.

Also to be developed at DeLo is Cannon Street Woonerf, a shared space where restaurants and retail will also be located. The word Woonerf means ‘living yard’ in Dutch. This space has been designed to hold farmers markets and community gatherings.

DeLo is not the only development underway in Louisville. The North End project is also under construction and features a combination single family homes, townhomes, and commercial space.
