The Highland Park Place condo project, a 20 unit for-sale development under construction in northwest Denver is set to be completed this winter. This development is taking shape at 33rd Avenue and Federal Boulevard.
The first units are expected to be finished in December with the rest of the units being delivered in January of 2016. Each of the Highland Park Place units includes two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a two car garage. The units range in size from 1280 to 1560 square feet.
Currently ten of the homes are under contract. The available units are priced between $445k and $530k and all units feature a rooftop deck.
Liz Richards of Kentwood Properties is listing this development and states,”Buyers will get tons of base options, as well as plenty of opportunities to upgrade to make each townhome your own. The kitchens feature quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The townhomes will be four stories tall and the views off the rooftop deck will not disappoint.”
