Updated Mill Creek RiNo renderings

August 13, 2015 2

Yesterday Denver Urban Review reported on Mill Creek’s planned apartment project at 2980 Brighton Boulevard in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood. In reaching out to Denver-based The Mulhern Group, the architecture firm that has designed this project, it turns out that there are updated renderings of this 362 unit development. The below renderings are courtesy The Mulhern Group.

This project is expected to break ground this September with the project slated to be delivered in September of 2017. Texas-based Mill Creek Residential is the developer of this project.

Apartment units in this six-story building will feature granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This project will join several other projects that are under construction in this part of Denver. To see this week’s RiNo and Five Points construction update click here.

This is definitely an improvement, but still looks like a lot of the other stuff out there. I don’t usually complain about renderings, but I can only hope this will look better in person

Is this development part of the Denargo Market area on the west side of Brighton? I would guess the empty lot sitting between the Marq at RiNo apartments (formerly the Yards at Denargo Market) and Industry.
