Just east of downtown Littleton at 2100 West Littleton Boulevard is the construction site of Vita at Littleton, a mixed-used development.
Work on the property is now underway. The project will feature 160 apartment units and nearly 11,000 square-feet of retail space. The City of Littleton approved the site plan for Vita at Littleton in September 2015.
Amenities include a swimming pool, a dog park, and connections to community trails. An RTD light rail station sits one block to the west of Vita at Littleton. The target demographic is empty nesters. Zocalo Community Development is the developer and KTGY is the architecture firm that designed this project.
