​Clear Creek Real Estate LLC has announced the development of a 26 unit condominium project at 2400 Washington in Denver’s Five Points Neighborhood.

Each home will have two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a two car garage, and a rooftop patio. Pricing for the units will begin in the low $400s with the size of homes ranging from 1250 to 1650 square feet.
