Indiana-based White Lodging developed this hotel which contains 361 rooms between both brands. Each of the hotels has rooms on every floor where one side of the building houses the Hyatt House rooms and the other side houses the Hyatt Place rooms. There is no dedicated partition or barrier between the two brands, so guests are not relegated to staying on one half of the building. PFVS Architects is the firm that designed this structure.

The Hyatt House Brand is geared to accommodate guests that will be staying at the hotel for longer periods of time. The Hyatt Place is designed for guests that will stay at the property for shorter visits.
