
Plans for a 30-story tower have been submitted to Denver's planning office. The tower would be located at 19th Street and Arapahoe St. in Downtown Denver.
Chicago-based Riverside Investment & Development is developing this Downtown Denver project.
The above rendering was provided directly to Denver Urban Review from Reputation Partners, a public relations firm representing the project. A statement on the project was also provided.

The plans were submitted to the Denver planning office by Chicago-based architecture firm Goettsch Partners. Also named on the plans is Shears Adkins Rockmore Architects
The planned site is currently a parking lot owned by Paradise Land Company.
The plans for this project show 628 parking spaces and 9,500 square feet of retail space on the first floor with the remaining space being dedicated for office space.
