Perry Row at Sloan’s Lake, a 64-unit townhome project has been announced to take shape at the former site of St. Anthony’s Hospital just south of Denver’s Sloan’s Lake. Perry Row will break ground at the beginning of 2016. This project will be constructed on the block of 16th Avenue, Perry Street, Conejos Street, and Quitman Street.

Perry Row units will range in size between 1,400 and 2,200 square feet. This development was designed by Denver-based Sprocket Design Build. Rooftop decks will be included in these brownstone-style residences.

The development joins apartments, condo, retail, and office components that are under construction and planned for the former hospital site.

New retail venues slated for development include Highland Tap and Burger, Starbucks, and an Alamo Draft House Movie Theater.

Perry Row is not the only for-sale residential project planned at the former St. Anthony’s site. A 12-story, 226-unit condominium project is planned to be developed by NAVA Real Estate Development is also slated to rise at the former hospital site.
