Denver based RedPeak, an organization that develops and manages apartments in Denver has announced that its 1600 Glenarm Place property is ranked in the top 20 apartment communities in the nation predicated on its online reputation.

RedPeak’s 1600 Glenarm Place is located in downtown Denver adjacent to the 16th Street Mall. Constructed in 1967 as an office tower known as the Security Life Building, RedPeak converted the 31-story tower to apartments in 2006.

This apartment community acquired the top 20 designation from Multifamily Executive and J Turner Research. Across the nation 51,000 apartment communities were measured using the Online Reputation Assessment©(ORA) Power Rankings. The aggregated score was obtained through tracking and analyzing the online reputation of rental properties via multiple ratings websites on a monthly basis conducted by J Turner Research.

“ORA© Power Rankings is a ground breaking initiative that brings clarity to a property’s online reputation by standardizing how the perceptions are measured. With a growing number of apartment review websites, it can be confusing to distinctly assess a property’s digital reputation across multiple platforms. Through this process, J Turner has established a definitive score for properties which can help owners get a clear-cut picture of their performance in the digital marketplace,” explained Joseph Batdorf, President, J Turner Research.

This RedPeak property features 24-hour concierge service and complementary valet parking. Finishes in the 333-unit tower include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and residents enjoy mountain and city views.

“1600 Glenarm was among the first luxury apartment buildings introduced in downtown Denver in the 21st century, and its success has certainly been a catalyst for many of the new apartment projects being developed in the city. Denver is a great place and we’re proud of 1600 Glenarm’s presence in this great city,” said Joanna Pulido, Portfolio Manager, RedPeak.

The One City Block project that was completed in 2014 in Denver’s Uptown neighborhood and The Seasons of Cherry Creek apartments are also among RedPeak’s many Denver properties.
