Holland Partner Group has announced that three new tenants have signed to lease retail space in the first phase of the Belleview Station development in Denver's Tech Center. This development creates 678 new residences and nearly 70,000 square feet of retail space. The MileHouse apartment component features 352 units with a rooftop amenity deck with a pool and a fitness center and is now leasing residents. This development is two blocks away from the I-25 and Belleview light rail station. The recently secured retail tenants are:
  • Los Chingones, a Mexican dining concept by chef Troy Guard.  This will be the second Los Chingones location in Denver (the first is located at 2461 Larimer Street)
  • Crushed Red, a restaurant concept from St. Louis that will feature gourmet salads
  • Waxing the City will provide south metro Denver residents with luxurious body waxing services
