Bryan Construction has been selected to construct a $8.5 million, 53,334-square-foot office building located at 32nd Ave and Vallejo St in Denver’s trendy and growing Lower Highland (LoHi) neighborhood. This mixed-use development will have six levels including retail on the first floor, three levels of office space, and two levels of underground parking.
Elevate Architecture and KL&A Structural Engineers are also involved in this project
Construction will begin late 2017, and is slated to be complete in towards the end of 2018.
