Today Denver-based Craine Architecture has confirmed that construction has begun on a 203-unit apartment project in Denver’s Jefferson Park neighborhood. This project is being developed at West 27th Avenue and Decatur Street. Once completed this project will top off at five floors.
Architect Eric Bottenhorn of Craine Architecture states, “sensitivity to the streetscape, and appropriately addressing the public ream, were primary objectives throughout the design process. To that end, residential townhome units are situated along 27th and 28th Avenues, each with a generous entry stoop, engaging the street edge and relating to the residential scale of the neighborhood. Along Decatur Street, the building entry and community patio present a welcoming front to the residents and neighbors alike.”
