Currently under construction on the border of Denver’s RiNo and Curtis Park neighborhoods at 32nd and Lawrence Street is Savile Row, a residential project that includes 5 single-family homes.
This project is being developed by Denver-based 063 Design+Development. Each home is 2,500 square feet, comes with a 2-car garage, and includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. An additional room is included that can be used as a 4th bedroom or other uses.
These residences will feature a rooftop deck, high-end finishes and landscaping designed by 063.
063 Design+Development states, “Savile Row is a lifestyle. Five classically inspired yet oh-so-modern homes in the next hot neighborhood in Denver. Blocks from everything: art, award-winning cuisine, the pulse of downtown. Each home is slightly different. Informed by the classic brownstones along London’s finest streets, each façade offers a little something unique. Curated and handpicked materials, fixtures and palettes complete each custom-tailored home.”
In addition to this project 063’s founder Courtney McRickard told Denver Urban Review that they have another project that is just coming out of the ground near Denver’s Sloan’s Lake.
